Grant of Limited License

FLUSH SPREAD is a software package that is intended to provide group 
communications with view synchrony semantics across local and wide 
area networks, such as the Internet, when used with SPREAD. FLUSH SPREAD 
includes computer software and may include associated media, printed 
materials, and ``online'' or electronic documentation. By installing, 
copying or otherwise using FLUSH SPREAD, you agree to be bound by the terms 
of this License. Read its terms very carefully. If you do not agree to these 
terms, do not install or use FLUSH SPREAD.

This License is granted by the copyright owners of FLUSH SPREAD:

FLUSH SPREAD is protected by the copyright laws of the United States
of America and international copyright treaties.

The FLUSH SPREAD software is a contributed software to the SPREAD project
under the terms of the SPREAD NCDL v1.2.

subject to the claims of any third parties, to use FLUSH SPREAD versions 0.x 
and 1.x (where x represents any integer version number or recursive integer
version number such as 1.12.2) for non-commercial, education, or research 
purposes only. 

(b) Any use or distribution you make of FLUSH SPREAD is subject to this
License.

(c) Any software or system which uses FLUSH SPREAD must display a statement 
with the following information: 

FLUSH SPREAD is copyrighted by the above owners. The official FLUSH SPREAD 
website is http://www.cnds.jhu.edu/research/group/flush_spread. FLUSH 
SPREAD is provided subject to this License and that FLUSH SPREAD is
